Professional Bio
With an impressive career spanning over two decades, Stephanie Burns brings a wealth of multifamily experience and expertise to her role as Vice President for NTS Development Company. Stephanie has served on Greater Nashville Apartment Association Board of Directors since 2012 and served as Chairman of the Board in 2019.
In addition to her NTS and GNAA duties, Stephanie actively participates and volunteers on the State and National level, currently serving on the TNAA Executive Committee and proudly represents NAA Region 4 as a 2020 NAA Leadership Lyceum graduate and a member of the NAA NextGen Committee.
Stephanie also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Memphis and is certified with CAPS, CAM, and CALP credentials from NAAEI.
