Tennessee Apartment Association Mission:

​To serve and promote the Tennessee rental housing industry ​through advocacy, collaboration, and communication.

The Tennessee Apartment Association (TNAA) is an affiliate of the National Apartment Association. TNAA is comprised of apartment associations in the major population centers in the state of Tennessee. TNAA is governed by a Board of Directors that is elected by the membership and consists of Chairman, Chairman-Elect, Vice Chairman, and Secretary/Treasurer.

All Tennessee Affiliate Members Are TNAA Members
Any active member of a Tennessee affiliate is automatically a member ​of the Tennessee Apartment Association.
